Forward calls to Callova

Your Callova number is ready. Tell your phone to forward calls to it when you're closed — your customers keep your existing number, Callova handles the rest.

💡 Use conditional forwarding — this only activates when you don't answer or your phone is off. During business hours your real phone rings first. Callova steps in after hours or when you're unavailable.

Open your dialer, type this replacing YOUR_NUMBER with your Callova number. Press call and wait for the confirmation tone.
To turn off: dial ##21# and press call.
  1. Open Phone app → three-dot menu
  2. Go to Settings → Call Forwarding
  3. Tap Always Forward
  4. Enter your Callova number and save
